As part of our Tuesday night class we did some rounds of stop/go locomotion. A fun way to improve strength, mobility and creativity, all the good stuff!
A look at what we got up to this sunday, enjoying a very nice time of year to be training outdoors.
This time with Kali who has been training with me only a few months but has learnt many new skills in that time.
I think her teenage children can be proud of their kick ass mum!
I want to show a bit more of what we get to to during our training sessions. I will film a bit more over the next weeks to give a idea of some of what we do. Every session is different and we train in different locations throughout the week, this tuesday we were indoors and focused on strength and mobilty. Very cool to see the progress Matthias has made during his time training with me. On it goes.
